Payments Terms
- 1. Booking Confirmation: Booking will be confirmed only after receipt of the agreed advance payment and written confirmation from Kamaksha Travels Shimla.
- 2. Payment: The balance payment must be cleared as per the payment schedule mentioned in the booking confirmation. Any additional services or expenses not included in the package will be payable separately.
- 3. Cancellation & Refund: Cancellation charges will apply according to the cancellation policy communicated at the time of booking. Refunds, wherever applicable, will be processed after deducting applicable supplier charges and non-refundable amounts.
- 4. Hotel & Transport: Hotels, rooms, vehicles and other services will be provided as confirmed in the booking voucher, subject to availability. Hotel check-in/check-out timings and supplier policies will apply.
- 5. Itinerary & Sightseeing: The itinerary may be changed or adjusted due to weather, road conditions, traffic, government restrictions, natural calamities or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
- 6. Additional Charges: Extra sightseeing, route changes, additional kilometres, parking, tolls, entry fees, permits, room upgrades, meals or other services not specifically mentioned in the package will be charged separately.
- 7. Force Majeure: Kamaksha Travels Shimla will not be responsible for delays, cancellations or service disruptions caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including heavy snowfall, landslides, floods, road closures, natural disasters, government restrictions or similar events. Reasonable assistance will be provided wherever possible.
- 8. Customer Responsibility: Guests are responsible for their personal belongings, valid identification/documents and compliance with hotel, transport and local authority rules. Any damage caused by the guest to hotel, vehicle or third-party property may be recoverable from the guest.
